Dear Officer,
I am writing to escalate my request regarding a recent mattress order (Order ID: OD332672680921243100. The mattress does not match the expected size, and I am unable to use it. I have already contacted customer care but am reaching out to ensure a swift resolution.
They are denying to return,
I have contacted so many time to SleepyCat company but not got any response.
I have order this with so much joy but now very disappointed with the product and little bit of your customer care reply.
