I purchased oppo f19 pro plus phone from Flipkart. The delivery date of my product was 26th December 2022. But I received this on 31st December. After using the phone I found some defect regarding touch. I informed this to Flipkart on 5th January. But they told me to contact the brand. I contacted oppo. But oppo denied for replacement. After this I am contacting Flipkart regularly. But still no solution.
