I ordered a realme phone from flipkart on 18th of April from the day of delivery whenever I am putting my phone on charging,phone get super heated, I am facing this over heating problem from the very first day, I am not playing any game or watching any video still only charging creating this overheating issue.I am trying to replace this phone,every time technicians came for a visit, in front of me technicians agreed with my problem and assured me I will get my replacement but after that also my replacement got cancelled this thing happened twice.Every time they send the same technicians who is so incompetent, can not convey my problem to the company and my return request get rejected. For the last one week they harassed me a lot, whenever I called flipkart supporter they said this is technicians fault that he didn’t mention the problem clearly and marked this issue as resolved. I don’t know who is actually cheating but I am not able to return a faulty phone from last 7 days. I want to return this defective phone as soon as possible.

I am also having heavy heating for my galaxy s23. Flipkart rejected my return without even a tech visit.
I am planning to go to consumer court.
