I want to report a case of fraud against travolook, I booked a flight from pune to srinagar from their website, but the booking never happened, I got a message stating that the booking could not be confirmed and I would receive the refund of the amount. I have been calling them and mailing them but they are not initiating the refund. It has been more than a month now and I am still awaiting the refund. Please block their payment gateway as there would be so many people who are falling into this trap and losing their hard earned money. I request your intervention so that I can get a resolution.
