I am trying to contact airtel customer care number. I called 121, After going through all the options I got an answer saying to use the airtel thanks app to register complaints. Whereas airtel thanks app is asking me to contact 121. What kind of service is this. There’s no clear flow for a customer to register a complaint. Not even on the app. They have put all generalized questions on app. How is it going to help the customer.
