My product id is 407-3725442-2784363 and i am trying to replace/return it from last 4 days. There is already 2 times technician visited still my problem is not resolved, customer care executive are sending only technician again and again. I had already wasting my 2-4 hrs everyday for replacing this.. but they are nit understanding my concern they are only making customers fool. Kindly make me out from this situation… Thanks
