Dear Sir/Madam, 

We use post paid simcard for our business at tall Trees Hotels Pvt Ltd, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, issue is that we have to get replaced sim card which is stolen and blocked and already registered complaints with the local store but since last 10 days we are running pillar to post to get our complaints registered but still not able receive our sim card, please look into the above matter ASAP
