I raised request to disconnect my airtel number 9876661419 on 14th Feb 2019. I paid all my pending bills so that number gets disconnected without any problems. But then after few days I got pending bill mail for this number. I then called Customer care again and asked them the reason why it got generated when I have already asked to disconnect my number. They told that they have again submitted my request to discontinue number and same shall be fixed in next 8 working days. Now I again got bill for March which means they have still not disconnected it. Now Customer care guys are calling me repeatedly to pay pending bill which I dont know why to pay?? I raised request to disconnect number on 14th Feb and haven’t been using that number since then then why should I pay? Whose fault is it when they are not disconnecting my number. They are saying to pay Rs. 165/- for Feb and then Rs. 300/- for March. Infact I never used their internet services owning to poorest network speed. Who is going to pay for that inefficient speed. They are asking for their money but From last one year I have paid around Rs. 5400/- to airtel for 9876661419. But didnt manage to use even 2 GB of internet in total. Who will pay for that??
