I want to convert this sim from postpaid to prepaid since I am been facing internet issue from almost a year but the moment I converted into postpaid I find myself looted paying 885 every month. I have called customer service every time I was asked to wait I just now wanted to convert because I can’t bare my loss anymore but they want me to go to store and apply for prepaid. My question is when they come at home to convert sim into postpaid why can’t they do it fir prepaid being a customer I am facing issue also the shops might be closed for months or year due to Corona they want me to wait and pay the amount or said they will close the service how is this a help and the last person I had a word with she was rude I am not sure if this is the way customer has to be treated.
