Dear Sir,
I was purchase a infinix zero ultra mobile
Order id-OD427856196374642100
mobile is useless
after that i visit a service center and get it that DOA LETTER FROM service center
and upload DOA and some image in flipkart but still not getting any response and also flipkart executive disconnect my calls many times and some time they muted the call for the long time after that disconnected.
you can check this in your call audit section
Tell me one think if i uploaded DOA letter then do the process needful….?
And priority basis but in flipkart showing 11 days
is that fine for the customers after DOA uploaded take 11 days…?
how is that possible spots that if i buyed this mobile from any store they will do the working on priority basis because he get it DOA LETTER
So i request to you that please look into that because of useless response from that flipkart
LAST :-otherwise given me any idea i want do court case on flipkart for bas services.
