Text of Complaint by BARBARA WILSON:

On December 23rd I placed an internet order for Troys Florist for flowers to be delivered for a friend’s birthday. the flowers were to be delivered on Dec.30th 2019.  ON Dec. 30th 2019 I got an email from Troys Florest saying they could not find anybody to deliver the flowers in my friend’s area and they would refund my money.  I paid them $62.04 on my paypal debit card.  I have emailed them several times and they said they sent me a refund.  I filed a dispute with paypal and they keep reaching out to them but they won’t answer paypal back.  My order number was My order number was 366294
