Dear sir/madam
i purchased a mobile iQOO9 in exchange my mobile in offer price,
delivery boy call me and
i was outside from home I asked to deliver next day morning
he said yes next day he didn’t came
I called several times to received number but it ringing onetime and disconnecting
and I call to customer care
They told give alternate number your phone not connecting and
I give another number and I’m waiting for phone and again
I call customer care they promise me we will deliver by 28 April before 10pm
but when track status they kept product damage Refund will be done to your account and
I again chat with customer care and asked to replace mobile not Refund because mobile price is increased but they declared on Refund will be done from our side sorry
But iam asking I want mobile with my offer price ,
what is my mistake trusting amazon, please help me and deliver my mobile
