I paid amount to a fraud person sir through the govt. gateway called called RAZORPAY and they returned my money from frauds bank and it was delayed by the bank of mine…
I am using PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK…
So I asked them why money has not returned they are saying to submit a chargeback form to the bank so please provide a charge back form sir…
