I have made payment to zestmoney of Rs12447 on 04/08/2022 thru mobiwik wallet. Transation was failed but amount was deducted 12061 from mobiwik main wallet and 386 mobiwik pay later wallet.And failed transation doesn’t see on history. Rs386 was refunded on mobiwki paylater wallet but Rs12061 is not refuded till date i.e. 19/08/2022. everytime when i called customer care they do not give any satisfactory answer, they say only refund will provided but dont give time. i have already raise complain but unsatifactory response.
