Added money many times in ” Talkcharge” app wallet.. Frequent Failure of bill payments happened.No refund for the failed transactions..Moreover a few days ago they blocked wallet fully, unable to use for bill payments…About ₹ 65000 is blocked in the wallet..
On 8th Feb ,as per cashback offer , I added ₹4999 in the wallet . They committed to transfer cashback to bank ac everymonth, but that also not happened..that money also blocked in the wallet..I can’t do anything with my wallet money..no response from the Talkcharge company either through mail or phone. Pl help to withdraw my wallet money.
