Dear sir,
On 01/04/2022 i was payment of my credit card through mobikwik app but payment was not done so i call mobikwik custumer care no and they send me a link for payment after opening that link mobikwik app was open and app was hack and Rs 19981 was lost from mobikwik wallet after this I file FIR in police station and also mail mobikwik fraud alert and noble mobikwil id and also went in there office but no response done from mobikwik members ,and on 19.02.2023 they mail me for amount Rs 40866 and settlement for Rs 12000 after this i have paid Rs 11990 from a link which was send from mobikwik mail id .
Now again they mail me that account will be closed when i paid amount Rs24200 .Now they are rude and using false language and getting multiple call from different no. in a days and also they are call my contact list numbers.
So, please provide a genuine solution and also relief from mental harassment given by mobikwik parsons .
I attached FIR copy and mobikwik mail copy and payment copy for your refrence.
Pl. do the needful asap.

Somebody paid their electricity bill by using my mobikwik balance with knowing me. After complaining several times but no response. Lost all my money because of mobikwik.
