I was playing games in the 1win betting app and while I was playing aviator game once I closed my bet the money suddenly started to decrease and it reduced from 1168 to 96 rupees without me playing any game or bet when I contacted the customer supportand informed about the problem they said that I had played in the casino section and the auto bet option was on due to which my money got deducted but I am pretty sure that the respective option was turned off and also there were no history of the rounds that they said I was playing please help me with this issue. I even emailed the 1win customer support and it has been 24 hrs there is no response
