We have a account in Talkcharge app and maintaining wallet amount for recharge electricity and mobile phone. We have a wallet balance of 20000.00 amount. Talkcharge is cheated in two ways, first they are taking surcharge amount of 20% of any recharge amount as a convenience fee.
Second now from 09th Feb We are not doing any recharge, my wallet amount is deducted but not reverted. Kindly advise or give me a solution.
