Text of Complaint by AMMAR FAHEEM:

I HAVEN’T TAKEN LOAN FROM THIS APP . I HAVE INSTALLED THIS APP AND APPLIED FOR LOAN BECAUSE I WAS IN NEED OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT. BUT THE LOAN AMOUNT HAVEN’T BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS SHOWING AMOUNT DUE. I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT THERE IS NO AUTHENTIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT. TODAY ONE OF THE RECOVERY AGENT WHATSAPP ME TO REPAY, I TOLD HIM THAT WHEN THE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED THEN WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF REPAYING. HE SHOW ME THE DOCUMENTS I HAVE UPLOADED AND MY TRANSACTIONS DETAILS I HAVE CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF TRANSFER OF AMOUNT. I TOLD HIM I CAN SHOW HIM MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT THAT THERE IS NO AMOUNT TRANSFER. THEN HE STARTED BLACKMAILING. THAT HE WILL SEND MESSAGE TO MY CONTACT IN MY PHONE. AFTER INSTALLING APP THIS APP HACKED THE CONTACT LIST. I DON’T WANT MY PARENTS TO GET IN THIS TROUBLE SO AFTER BLACKMAILING I HAVE TO REPAY EVEN WITHOUT TAKING THE LOAN.

PLEASE FILE THIS COMPLAINT I AM SUBMITTING THE EVIDENCE OF RECOVERY AGENT WHATSAPP MESSAGE.
