Text of Complaint by Ankita V:

It has been 3 weeks since the damaged product when arrived was returned and we have not received the replacement yet. The customer service says the product has been delivered but I have explicitly written that the product is damaged in the invoice. Multiple mails sent to the company have been ignored.
