I ordered a Sheesham bed on October 11, 2024. The first delivery attempt was made on Oct 19 and the product was damaged and had scratches on the wood, so the delivery person took it back. The next delivery attempt was made on Oct 22, and the bed had missing parts so they took it back. Then, third attempt was made on Oct 26 and again the product has crucial missing parts but this time they left the partial product in my house saying they will come back and install it in 48 hours but no use. The shocker came when I received multiple messages saying the product was successfully delivered. I then called customer support, they asked me to send videos and images, which I did but nothing happened, I again received a message about successful product delivery and the ticket has been closed. Then I called customer support again, again uploaded videos and messages, and guess what
…aftet 4 days, I received a message saying product has been successfully delivered and the ticket is closed. The message asked me to enjoy my new bed and even asked for feedback….I am like “what bed?” I went to the website and requested a replacement and I was given a message saying i will receive a call from their team …. no call no message. So, today I called and they have successfully reopened my ticket and said someone from their team will call….what team? of they had a team then I would not be complaining. No quality control or check and pathetic customer support.
