On October 19, 2022, I placeod an order for a 3+2 sofa and a pair of single drawer bed side tables. Both things were meant to be delivered on October 29th, 2022; however, it has already been a week and neither item has been delivered. I’ve been calling every day for the past week to inquire about the status and delivery of my things, but each time they tell me to call back in 24-48 hours. I received an update yesterday confirming the delivery of my order on November 6th, but once again, I did not receive my products. When I inquired about my product again today, they asked for the next 24-48 hours to provide an update. I’m sick of wakefit’s behavior.
