I am using zip pay amount 580 and pay on 6 Feb 2023 580 amount and not pay penalty their customer service asked me to pay the total and the late fees will be waived off, it has been weeks and late fees has not been waived off and new late fees are charged. Today penalty is 2806.56 please waiver this penalty
