As per the information I payed the sum amount and was offered a waiver and now it’s been 8 days since then and no signs of it.
The company employees requested me to raise a complaint and they’re delaying my time to convert my services to prepaid and still have not cleared the waiver amount giving a lame ? excuse as to there’s a glitch in a the company’s system itself.
