Text of Complaint by Divakar singh:

Sir/Madam,

I was unable to pay my landline bill of 05624040915 in due time due to lockdown. As per the telephonic conversation with your representative I was advised to pay the full amount and will get reimbursement of the late fee adjusted in the next bill.Even after paying the full bill it was not adjusted.Moreover I’m charged again with late fees in the current bill. Kindly look in to the matter.
