On January 8th, I sent a request for a refund of canceled tickets to Air India’s email contact ecommerce@airindia.in. In this email, I submitted the details of the two tickets that were booked using my card. I provided the ticket numbers, PNR numbers and passenger details. I tried to contact them multiple times to get an update on the refund but failed to do so. My refund has been in “processing” state for over 6 months now. I was initially told that the refund of one of the tickets has been initiated but that never happened. I haven’t received any refund from them.

I even contacted their twitter handle but got the same response — “Working on your request”.

The details of tickets are as follows:

First ticket

Ticket Number: 0982134176339

I sent an email with the ticket id for JB28C but still haven’t received any confirmation.

Its been more than 6 weeks since you stated that the refund will be processed and I am still yet to receive any confirmation of the refund.

When I call support they cannot provide any details about the refund.

Can you please let me know what is going on? And when I can expect the refund for both the tickets?
