No email reply received from appellate.del@in.airtel.com and 121@in.airtel.com since 2 years.
Please waive off late payment fee since August 2020 accumulated to Rs. 795/- despite Timely payment before 14 of month in past 10 years. Please stop further late payment fee Rs 100 over Rs. 795/- till resolution after 14 September 2021.

With reference to Mobile number 8130199115 using Postpaid Connection 1599/- bill plan + 290(18% taxes). = 1889/- Monthly Rental plan.
I have been imposed Rs. 100/- Late Payment every month since August 2020 despite of Timely payment (Before 14th of Month) of Monthly Rental of Rs 1889/- per month. Moreover, Late Payment Fee of Rs. 100 charged over Previous Rs. 100 late payment and Continuously Rs. 100 over previous Rs 200/- to Rs 300/- to Rs 400/- to Rs 500 to Rs 600/- late payment fee accumulated till Rs 795/- .
I have been Using airtel postpaid corporate connection for Past 10 years since September 2011.
I have been paying all postpaid rentals timely past 10years and Never faced such problem of Late payment Fee accumulation in past 10years.
Why unnecessary creating issue over Late payment fee despite of Timely payment (before 14 of month) of Rs 1889/- Monthly rental since January 2020 ?
It is humble request to waive off all wrongly imposed late payment fee of Rs 795/- till 14 September 2021 to maintain 10year old privilege Corporate Customer and Airtel Relationship.
