i have taken extended warranty from jeeves its almost 2 month of complaint and more then 34 days after pick up defective led t.v,
every i call them once and they give me only one answer sir wait for 2 business days your refund is under process and every day or alternate day i put a email to them and they just reply with a email that sorry for inconvenience just wait 2-5 business days.
as a customer i do not have any option rather then waiting .
