Text of Complaint by Gabriel Valderrama:

On October 5, 2022, I bought a ticket using the travel agency “Mytrip.com”. The flight was then cancelled by the airline (in November) so I begun the refund process for my money. Ever since November 2022, Mytrip has stated that they are waiting for the airline to process the refund. I have called their customer service more than 15 times, asking for my refund case to be escalated and processed. Given that Mytrip.com was not helping, I called the airline directly (SKY Airline Chile). They told me that they couldn’t help me because the ticket had been bought through the agency Mytrip. However, they did tell me that they had processed and submitted the refund to Mytrip that same November 2022. However, Mytrip still claims that they have not received the refund. I am pretty sure the website is a scam, but still have some hopes of receiving my refund.
