Fraud company…!!
I had booked 2 tickets from travolook last month (HYD to RANCHI) but got an email and a call too from travolook customer care support team saying that the booking has been cancelled due to fare changes and I will get the refund in next 10 working days. I have mails and voice call recordings with me, if its needed please do let me know I will forward that also.
Its been more than a month now and I am still waiting for my money. I called the representative multiple times but they are trained to delay the things. Please help me in getting my money back at the earliest.
