I had disconnected my Airtel wifi on July 18. Was told my refund will be made within 45 days. No information. So called to check. They said it will be refunded. After multiple calls, I was told the cheque has been dispatched on September 5 but no avail. When I called again they said billing team will get back within 4 hrs but it’s more than 24 hrs. I am tired of calling them and they arent connected that easily. Would want to file a case for my refund and wasting my time and energy.
