I booked jio fiber on 3rd of july and the they told ki Engineer will come today or tomorrow and install it. When the engineer came and told your nearby cassette is full so I talked to area head and he talked to them and told me that they don’t have enough wire to attach it from another pole so they will come tomorrow in the first half and it has been 15-16 days. We talked to customer care multiple times and they just rescheduled and the installation guys never came. I called the person who came for documentation but he seems to be ignoring my call, and after my tries when he picks up and I was telling the problem he cuts the call. I am truly disappointed with the services.
