I purchased Boat Bus Shades order on flipkart on date-29/06/2022 and delivery date was told 30/06/2022 but I waited till date-01/07/2022 but it didn’t come then I went to change date and tarikh – 02/07/2022 but still not delivered, then I spoke to the customer service executive, so they could give me the date – 07/07/2022, if not on that date, again I spoke to the customer service executive After talking to Pasi Senior, I got a call from him after I complained and connected to the follow back team, but he didn’t give me a proper answer and even though he gave me 24 hours again, I spoke to the customer service executive from the front. If done, we were given the date-14/07/2022, then on that day in the morning I spoke to the customer service executive and also to the senior, they gave me time till 9:00 pm but it was not delivered but they judged my order. Cancelled… after talking to the customer service active every time I was told that there is no seller pincode on your address when I purchased the order. If there is no such notification, why did you cancel my order and make me wait for 15 days … so help me
