Text of Complaint by Naresh Malyala:

I recently brought a washing machine from Amazon… I have shared the OTP after the product delivery.. I have verified if the products are missing. Unfortunately when the Samsung guy came to installation he himself opened the seal of the box and verified.. later he found few damages which we cannot observe during delivery and the installation engineer confirmed on his job sheet as it is a damaged product asked amazon for replacement but they are not ready for replacement. They looted my money by providing a false product not sure how to proceed further. Can someone please help me
