I received a message from VZ-ViCMS mentioning:
Hello!
Thank you for downloading contentDesc from SK_Mobi.
You have been charged Rs. 7
Your balance is Rs. 58.18.
I have not downloaded any app. I have also find where its download but nothing i got. Please consider this as critical and take action against Vodafone network.

I also have same experience from vz- vicms Rs. 41 is deducted from my account without download any content and also without using the internet at that time the message received
Even I also getting these SMS and keep deducting 41, 7 and 15… The sms contains “Thanks for downloading video from PlutoMobile” and “Thank you for downloading contentDesc from SK_Mobi.” My sim card is not in a smartphone, it doesn’t have even GPRS. Still I am getting these and each time I call Vi and got very disappointing response.
Please take action.
Recently I am getting from VZ-ViCMS is :
“This service is unfortunately not available on your number at the moment. Dial 199 for further details.”
