Text of Complaint by P. RODRIGUES:

My complaint is against VZ-ViCMS and Vodafone-Idea India.

VZ-ViCMS have been deducting varying amounts as their service charges for activating their Games portal services on my mobile number (7 times since April 2021) for which – I did not request for, Nor did I give consent to and nor I did I enquire for.

The question rising here is how does Vodafone-Idea allow such sub portals to access their system and their users database and not only access but further go on and deduct amount from the users credit balance – this is absolutely criminal and somebody has to be held accountable for. The other funny thing is that if one wants to check for deductions made in the Vodafone mobile app – there is no reference or any mention of these deductions in my account. And though I have deactivated all VAS on my mobile phone through the Vodafone app and the App itself but despite that to my utter disbelief I find this process continues

I have seen multiple complainants with similar angst on this forum but has there been any redressal at all, and how does one know how many cases have ben resolved. Further more I tried to search for the VZ-ViCMS office site etc., but there is no contact information available in the public doman.
