Money gets deducted from account on its own. Today got deducted Rs. 25 for Contakt gaming service. I didn’t click any link and I rarely play any games. Earlier I had deductions for Rs. 75 + also. I checked for VAS service and Vodafone idea Vi says none are active. Everytime my time and money gets wasted for this whole crap. I want the company to repay my amount and help with sim port process if they can’t keep their service in check.
