I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS  without knowing clear  facts regarding plan  and money deducted from my mobile main balance

Please help on priority basis. Today received this message 12.02pm. (29NOV2020)

Following SMS received from VZ-ViCMS

Hello!
Thank you for using FUN PORTAL You have been charged Rs. 22 Your balance is Rs 229.58

Before 1 month ago also 2 times 25 Rs (50 Rs) deducted from main balance

Following sms received from 55435

Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 25.00 and your current balance is 251.58.

I am not using any fun portal or game fun.

Please take immediate action against this.
