Hi,
I had purchased three sarees from VWestern from Facebook link and COD option didn’t work. So had made payment in full amount and still no update about my placed order, been repeatedly messaging through the facebook chat they keep giving reason on courier issue and from them no details are given whether it is processed. After repeated request for refund they aren’t bothered to do that, as I get things delivered from other vendors and now my money is with them and unable to buy from other forum.
Kindly help me out as they don’t bother to give a proper solution nor my contact details.
