Sir I bought 4 TV from VW on 5th may 2023 through online mode from Amazon. I used it for teaching through electronic mode while using Pen drive but when I connect Pen drive in TV USB port my video runs with the speed of 10X times against this i complaint it on VW customer care they said our tv didn’t support more then 8gb memory pen drive. As per there policy when they sell tv they didn’t mentioned about there that there tv didn’t support more then 8GB memory pen drive. Please help me to change the TV or the manufacturer company to correct the TV problem.
