I procured a 49″ LED Vu TV from Flipkart in Oct 2018 with two additional extended warranty from Jeeves Consumer Services part of Flipkart. The TV has a valid warranty till Oct 2022. Registered a compliant regarding service of the TV still date the issue has not been resolved. Dont buy Vu TV waste of money and expecially dont buy products from Flipkart, big scam Flipkart and Jeeves are doing in the name of extended warranty.

This is to inform that, my Vu 100cm (40 inch) Ultra smart full HD LED Smart TV having Audio problem, which was purchased on 08.10.2019 having invoice no FAB1JM2000126695 with 1 year warranty.
At the same time I have purchased Extended Warranty for 2 Year
by Flipkart Protect . Sold By: Jeeves consumer services Private Limited, having Invoice Number # EAAAAB-03110560, Invoice Date:02-10-2019
My product in is under extended warranty period, requesting you to depute your service Engineer for rectifying the problem in my TV.
