Text of Complaint by Sanjay Mishra:

Sir,

This is Sanjay Kumar Mishra, due to this COVID-19 pandemic I have lost my job. I was searching for a job registered my resume on multiple job portal. I got a call from Mr. Shivam Patil (7623039069) of VR Enterprises company for online form filling work and he offered me that without paying any amount you will get a form filling work Rs. 20/- per form and will get 700 forms to complete in 7 days.

I got the offer and completed my work by 7 day.  Today i got a call from Mr. RAJIV SINGH (9054539789) saying that a mail has been sent to me for Pending Payment Intimation, I have to pay Rs. 4700/- as penalty for not to complete work with accuracy.  Also i have received multiple SMS regarding legal action to be taken on me. If i will not pay that amount Rs. 4700/- they will file a case in Gujarat court. They also tole me that after payment of penalty amount Rs. 4700/- They will issue a NOC and close this issue.

To avoid legal court actions some how i managed to paid that amount.

Now they are calling me and asking me Rs. 18000/- to be paid for termination of agreement. If i will not pay the same they will take a legal action against me and i will have to appear in court.

As i have already lost my jobs and searching for job to survive my family. I have told them that somehow i manage to pay the penalty amount and now i don’t have money to pay. Even though they have warned me for the legal action against me.

He has send me the legal notice, screenshots of that notice is attached for your reference.

When i inquired on google, i come to know that they are fraud company.

Sir, i am writing this to please help me and get me out from this as i am dam bad situation due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Also request you to please get my money paid to the fraud Advocate recover back.
