- I applied for the data entry job in quikr job. And after day I received call from Vr enterprise contact no. + 917211103693. They ask my interest and then they ask Aadhaar card. I gaved. 700 form in 7 days job. I completed the job in 5 days and submitted. Then afterday I got email from advocate [email protected] he ask money of 4700 in penalty he say I never satisfy the co. And break agreement and fill wrong data. And he gave me 45 to pay I dont pay. Then he threatened me that he file case against me if I don’t pay 4700+ 950 (NOC charges) in call they don’t tell me about penalty and all. And when I get agreement they say click on accept and insert otp immediately otherwise agreement not valid. Im very frustrated and depressed. Now he send me a mail contain section 73, 74, 75 of indian contract act1872. And asking money of 24620/= please help me.
Do not pay any amount to them they all are fake..
I’ve their call records in which one of their advocate accepting that they are fraud.
So please do not pay to them and take strict action against them.
