I have purchased Jio Plan vouchers amounting to Rs 15000 to Rs 20000 . I had all the invoices for the Jio Plan vouchers I have purchased. But I am not able to access the Voucher section in the MyJio App.
When I am calling customer support they are saying no voucher available for your Number.
Please help
