I have registered a complaint with the customer care for the washing machine on 21st June 2022. It has been over a month and we are still waiting for the machine to be fixed.
Even after escalating the issue multiple times, I am still getting the same answer i.e. we have ordered the part and waiting for it.
Not sure what should be the next steps to get the product fixed and no new information is being shared with us. So decided to file a consumer complaint, hope you can help.

Yes same is my case too They run every thing on franchise including customer complaints handling and service centre By their poor service they are Spoiling name of Tatas Group
