I has registered a complaint on 25 May that my Voltas Split AC is not working properly and there is a huge water leakage from the bottom of the AC. Since then, there has been no action taken by the company and no technician has visited my home. In spite of me calling the Voltas customer care hundred times, no action has been taken. they are just exploiting my time and energy by delaying the request. The warranty of my product is upto 10 June and it seems they are just waiting for the warranty period to end which is completely wrong.
