We have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton split ac in May 2017. After 1 month of usage it stopped working. After raising multiple complains to Voltas customer care there is no solution. There was one so called free servicing done but still they did not bother to find out the problem and repair it. Every time the technician refills the gas but has never fixed the issue of why the gas gets leaked without the AC being used.
We have asked the technician several times to take the AC to the service center for repair but it was never done. They just misguide us by saying this time(approximately 6 times) it is resolved but that has never been the case.
It is frustrating that after paying this much amount for an AC we are not able to use it.
