Text of Complaint by Nishant Sethi:

This is in regards to the Split AC 1.5 tonnes purchased from Shri Bala Pritam Electronics on 19th Mar 2023 vide Invoice No. 4817. I have been facing a lot of issues with the product since the date of purchase. The first complaint was raised on 13th May 2023 for gas leakage, which was checked and fixed by technician and he confirmed that this issue occurred because AC was not properly installed by technician.
Second complaint was raised last week which was for flowing water from AC. This was again checked and fixed by technician and he confirmed that this issue occurred as the pipe inside the AC was not properly fitted.
Third complaint was filed on 30th May, which was again for flowing water from AC. This was checked and fixed by someone from Voltas.
Now after 10-12 days, it is the 4th time I am facing the same issue again.
I have raised issue with Voltas for replacement of product or refund, but they are not responding. Please help in getting the refund.
