I have a 1.5 tonn window AC which was bought in 2019 from Delhi.. In Dec 2022 i took your AMC and was given two service free for the same. I relocated to Ambala in Apr 2023 and booked a call for service in June 2023( Req 23061311851) . Upon recieving the call the service center was assinged by the name of Oberoi from voltas and the person who called me was Neha and she was very rude. When i told her that i have an AMC she asked me to provide the proof on her whatsapp. As you all know that adding unknown people on phone contact leads to breach of privacy, therefore i requested her to message me a Hi on my whatsapp and i will reply with the documents. She replied that do it yourself as we have more important work to do. I personally feel that is Rude and voltas is forcing customers to break their privacy.. 

After sending the documents an engineer was assigned to my house and he also replied the same when asked to send me Hi on whatsapp that he has more imp work to do and wanted me to add him and send the location of my home.. Upon reaching he simply misbehaved with me and wothout touching the unit reported that my AC has no gas. I did not like that attitude and asked him to leave my premises. There after i called your helpline and lodged a complain against the same.. That was on 13th of june.. Till then i am calling your helpline everyday and i get a response that i will get a call from voltas which never happned till now. 
I personally feel that this is a mental harrrasment voltas is putting me in as i have taken the AMC and at this point before writing this email… I even called your helpline again and talked to puneet who again told me that i will get a call from voltas and hung up on me. 
So i just need to get my money for AMC refinded and i ll get my product services and maintained by local service people. 

I hope voltas will address my concern asap as my family is suffering in this hot weather.
