Dear Sir/Madam,

Our Voltas air conditioner not working from 12 days. We have complained about the problem to voltas service provider but they do not resolve our issue.

Please find the attachment for the voltas ac purchase bill this is in under warranty.

Please check the issue & resolve as soon as possible as you know the heating issue nowadays.

Also i have mentioned call service log no. 24052338276
